Though it's quite late to comment, I'll still do it. So... Obviously it's Twilight casting a spell, standing on her hind legs. Her forelegs stretched towards the viewer, tilted to the side. And she has some translucent magic wings. Her head might be bent down I think, with the blue area around her horn being her mane. Also, there seems to be purple, magic haze emitting to the left and right from her head. Probably from her eyes in particular if we could see them.
Umm... I think that's what you asked there, didn't you?
Anyway, I like the picture. And if there are some aspects or meaning I didn't get, or if my interpretation is wrong, please enlighten me.
